Add a UI toggle switch to enable/disable posting to Mastodon....

It would be nice to have a UI toggle on the dashboard that lets me quickly turn on/off posting. Without having to re-authorize every time. And maybe another button that, if It's currently disabled, would let me just post the current tune, without changing the toggle state
